What sizes do you offer?
We create custom rugs from 2 ft x 3 ft up to 15 ft x 20 ft.
Can I upload my own design?
Yes. Custom Orders are designed to let you submit artwork or photos for your made-to-order rug.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing starts at $27 per square foot, includes up to 8 colors, and adds $5 for each additional color beyond 8.
What are your payment terms?
A 40% down payment is required to begin production, with the remaining 60% due upon receipt.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping in the US.
